Tour Leaders Vance Martin (left)
  and Jay Manley (right)

The New York Theatre Tour was founded in 1980 by Jay Manley, who wanted to combine his passion for theatre with his love of travel. Beginning with a single, annual tour to New York City, gradually NYTT expanded to include occasional visits to other theatre capitals and at least three annual New York tours.
In 1990 Manley was joined by Vance Martin, and the two have continued as partners ever since.
